- Source potential candidates from job portals as per client requirements.
- Screen resumes and contact relevant candidates via phone/email.
- Assess applicants skills, knowledge, and suitability for various roles.




- Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job openings.
- Understand hiring needs in IT, Pharma, and Automation domains.
- Support HR and recruitment team in daily tasks and administrative duties.
