About the Role

Macnaught is seeking a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Lead to manage recruitment across our India, Australia, and US operations, and to drive our internal talent management and performance review processes. We are open to candidates from sales, marketing, or operations backgrounds who bring strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and process-building skills, in addition to candidates from traditional HR functions. What matters most is the ability to operate with commercial judgement and ownership in a fast-evolving, multi-country business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across India, Australia, and US entities, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a structured hiring pipeline and requisition intake process for department heads
- Coordinate and administer McNaught's goal-setting , performance review cycles across all locations.




- Partner with leadership on initiatives to improve employee engagement, building managerial capability and retention.
- Bring a business-oriented, outcomes-driven approach to talent processes, continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and candidate/employee experience

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Background of working in either of business functions for at least 4 years like sales, marketing, operations, finance will be a huge plus.
- Strong track record of stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and closing (whether in hiring, or partnerships)
- Experience or comfort working across multiple geographies and time zones (India, Australia, US)
- Demonstrated ability to design and run structured processes independently
- High ownership mentality and robust organisational skills
