We're looking for a strategic and execution-driven HR professional who enjoys building things from the ground up and turning ideas into systems that work.

Someone who understands that in a growing company, HR is not just about managing processes — it is about building the people foundation that enables the business to scale.

You will work directly with the Founder to shape and execute the People Strategy,

build scalable HR systems and policies, and establish practices that support organizational growth.

What You'll Own

___________________________________________________

● People Strategy & Business Partnership — Partner with the Founder - CEO to translate business objectives into practical people strategies, plans, and measurable outcomes.

● HR Policies — Build, implement, regularly update, and ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, frameworks, and employee lifecycle processes.

● Organizational Development — Establish performance management, career progression, learning, succession, and organizational development frameworks that strengthen team capability.

● Employee Experience & Culture — Build an ownership-driven,

high-performance culture through effective engagement, communication,

recognition, and employee experience initiatives.

● HR Governance & Compliance — Ensure HR practices remain compliant with applicable labour laws,



statutory requirements, and internal governance standards.

● Continuous Improvement — Identify gaps across existing people practices and drive initiatives that improve HR effectiveness, employee experience, and organizational efficiency.

● Hands-on HR expertise — Strong exposure across HR strategy, operations,

performance management, employee relations, organizational development,

policies, compliance, analytics, and employer branding.

● Leadership partnership — You are comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership and can confidently bring people-related insights to business discussions.

● Startup mindset — You thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, take accountability,

and are genuinely excited about building and scaling within a startup workplace.
