About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled HubSpot Implementation Specialist with hands-on experience in managing end-to-end CRM setups, complex integrations, onboarding, and enterprise-level deployments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering complete HubSpot solutions while ensuring structured communication, technical accuracy, and seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complete implementation of HubSpot CRM across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs
- Conduct discovery workshops, requirement gathering, and solution planning
- Set up workfl ows, pipelines, automations, custom objects, and data models




- Manage API-based integrations, third-party tool connections, and custom-coded workfl ows
- Build dashboards, advanced reports, and automation frameworks
- Deliver training sessions for admins and end-user
- Provide ongoing optimization and best-practice guidance
- Coordinate with internal developers for technical builds and custom solutions
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and quality standards
- Manage communication with enterprise clients and multiple stakeholder

Skills & Competencies Required:

● Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM and its ecosystem

● Proven experience in onboarding and full-scale implementation for enterprise clients

● Hands-on understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and automation logic

● Experience with custom objects, workfl ow logic, lead scoring, and data modeling

● Excellent client communication, presentation, and training delivery skills

● Ability to lead technical discussions and strategic consultations

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project-management capabilities

● Bonus: Knowledge of HTML/CSS, middleware platforms, integration tools, or mapping tools
