ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive and dynamic senior professional with experience in HRMS and also in statutory and mobility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Knowledge in legal and statutory matters
- Preparation of HR-related letters, forms, and employee documentation (Immigration related, postal related)
- Handling of immigration / FRRO / labour authority inspections
- Knowledge/Coordination of India govt relation approvals/process, Preparation of labour-related schedules and documentation
- Vendor management
- Employee data management




- Coordination and follow-up with stakeholders and departments
- Maintain high-quality and timely coordination of workflows
- Management of employee relocations
- Perfect Excel knowledge
- Power BI
- Good in Negotiation Skills
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees during the mobility process and resolve issues related to travel, immigration, accommodation and benefits
- Manage domestic and international employee mobility cases end-to-end.
- Coordinate business visits, assignments, transfers, relocations, and repatriations.
- Handle visa, work permit, and immigration documentation in coordination with vendors and authorities.

Technical Skills

- Good amount of experience
- Good communication skills
- Positive knowledge in HR-related field
- Good knowledge in legal systems
- SAP and GreytHR (preferable)
- Hands on Knowledge about immigration process for various countries (Globally)
