We are growing quickly and hiring remote team members across multiple roles, including marketplace specialists, customer service, marketing, design, development, business development, and operations.

Role Description

Twin Two is looking for an India-based HR Recruiter to help us hire strong remote talent for our growing team.

This person will help post jobs, source candidates, screen applicants, advise on salary ranges, coordinate interviews, and help negotiate contractor rates or salaries. The ideal candidate understands the India talent market and has experience recruiting for remote roles, especially in e-commerce, digital marketing, operations, customer service, software development, and related business functions.

Responsibilities

- Post jobs on LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting platforms
- Help write and improve job descriptions for new roles
- Source qualified candidates for remote positions
- Screen resumes and shortlist strong applicants
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates
- Ask screening questions to confirm experience, communication skills, availability, and compensation expectations
- Advise Twin Two on realistic salary and contractor rate ranges for India-based candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and Twin Two leadership
- Help negotiate compensation, contractor terms, start dates, and availability
- Maintain candidate trackers with status, notes, compensation expectations, and next steps
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process




- Help prepare offer details and coordinate contractor onboarding
- Build a pipeline of strong candidates for future hiring needs

Qualifications

- Experience as a recruiter, HR recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or staffing coordinator
- Strong understanding of the India hiring market
- Experience recruiting remote workers or contractors
- Comfortable posting jobs on LinkedIn and other hiring platforms
- Strong ability to screen candidates and identify quality talent
- Comfortable discussing compensation, availability, and contract terms with candidates
- Strong English communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple roles and candidates at the same time
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, LinkedIn, email, Zoom/Google Meet, and recruiting tools

Preferred Experience

- Experience recruiting for e-commerce, marketplace, digital marketing, software development, customer service, operations, or virtual assistant roles
- Experience hiring contractors or remote team members
- Experience advising on salary ranges in India
- Experience managing candidate pipelines and interview schedules
- Experience negotiating compensation and start dates
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools is a plus
