OPSBRIDGES TECHNOLOGY AND CONSULTING Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR / Recruitment Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build practical experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and #HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through #LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.

Understand job requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.

Support recruiters with candidate engagement and follow-ups.

Assist with onboarding and basic HR coordination activities.

Learn and support the end-to-end recruitment process.

Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and priorities.

Who We're Looking For

Freshers or candidates pursuing/recently completed MBA/PGDM – HR, BBA, B.Com, or related programs.





Strong interest in HR, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Positive interpersonal and coordination skills.

Comfortable working with LinkedIn, MS Excel / Google Sheets and online recruitment platforms.

Ability to learn quickly and work in a target-oriented environment.

Positive attitude, ownership, and willingness to take initiative.
