Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete
HR Operations including employee lifecycle management from joining to exit.

- Handle monthly payroll processing including attendance, leave, salary inputs, deductions, incentives, and final payroll validation.

- Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of salary structures, CTC, payslips, payroll reports, and employee records

.

- Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable compliances.

- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payments as per applicable laws.

- Maintain and regularly update employee master data, personal files, attendance, leave, and payroll records

.

- Handle
Full & Final Settlement

, exit formalities, relieving/experience letters, and other employee documentation.

- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payroll processing, statutory payments, and reconciliation.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, Shops & Establishments Act,



Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages, Gratuity, Bonus, and other employment regulations

.

- Maintain proper documentation for
HR audits and statutory inspections

.

- Address employee queries related to salary, payroll, deductions, leave, attendance, and statutory benefits.

- Coordinate with external consultants/agencies for payroll and statutory compliance wherever required.

- Support internal and external
HR/compliance audits and ensure closure of observations.

- Prepare regular HR MIS reports related to headcount, payroll, attendance, attrition, joining/exits, and compliance

.

- Ensure HR policies and processes are implemented consistently across

Head Office and Centers

.

- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other generalist HR activities as required.
