Manager – HR | Kaleen Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. | Karnal

Kaleen Lifestyle Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – HR to join our HR team at our Karnal, Haryana location.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations at the factory/unit.
- Handle factory labour law and statutory compliance.
- Ensure compliance under the Factories Act, labour laws, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF and other statutory compliances.
- Handle government department liaisoning with Labour, Factory, PF, ESIC and other authorities.
- Manage inspections, notices, correspondence and compliance-related matters with government departments.
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for Social Compliance Audits such as customer/buyer audits, SEDEX, SA8000, etc.
- Ensure proper maintenance of statutory registers, records and returns.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and workforce-related issues.
- Coordinate with contractors and ensure statutory compliance of contract labour.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs and other HR activities.




- Ensure implementation of company HR policies and procedures at the factory.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Personnel Management, Labour Law or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment.
- Strong knowledge of factory compliance and labour laws.
- Valuable knowledge of PF, ESIC, Factories Act, Bonus, Gratuity and other statutory compliances.
- Practical experience in handling Social Compliance / Buyer Audits.
- Strong experience in government department liaisoning.
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period will be preferred.
