Role Description This is a full-time on-site HR Intern role based in Noida, with working hours from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. The HR Intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining personnel records.

Responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, coordinating with employees on basic HR queries, and supporting the administration of employee benefits and attendance tracking. The role may also involve assisting in recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, updating HR databases, and preparing simple reports.



The position offers a stipend of 5,000 INR per month for a duration of three months and provides hands-on experience in HR functions within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to understanding and applying HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess basic skills in Personnel Management and maintaining employee documentation.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with spreadsheets and HR databases.
- Willingness to work in office in Noida and adapt to a structured 11:00 am to 8:00 pm shift.
