Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leave management, HR systems, and employee services.
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transitions, promotions, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, personnel files, and HR portal updates while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including candidate coordination, offer drafting, interview scheduling, joining formalities, induction, background verification, and employee communication.
- Coordinate learning and development programs, training logistics, LMS administration, learning records, and employee participation tracking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the implementation of HR policies, employee programs, and cross-functional people initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, trackers, and MIS while leveraging HR technology solutions to improve process efficiency, data accuracy, and transparency.
- Serve as a super user and administrator for HR technology platforms, supporting reporting, process optimization, and employee self-service adoption.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience using HRMS platforms such as Workday, Darwinbox, or similar systems.

- Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced and evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in HR data, reporting, and process improvement.
- 3+ years of experience in the HR field, preferably in non-IT or dynamic environments.
