? Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn & social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Support onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave records and HR MIS
- Assist with employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations
