HR Policy formation and implementation
Attendance management (Online & Offline)
- Bio-metric configuration and implementation
Employee discrepancy management
Daily manpower report generation
Department wise daily cost report generation
Vendor management ( Mess, Housekeeping, Security, Labor Contractor,
Accommodation)
- Negotiation with vendor in monthly bills
*Day to day administrative work.
