Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, caring, and confident Early Childhood Educators to conduct engaging, screen-free learning sessions for young children in their homes.

The role involves working one-on-one with children aged 0–6 years, using activity-based learning and purposeful play to support their early development. This is an excellent opportunity for educators who enjoy working with children and want flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

- Conduct 30–45 minute one-on-one sessions at children's homes using a structured activity-based curriculum.
- Engage children aged 0–6 years through fun, screen-free and development-focused activities.
- Build a positive, trusting relationship with children and their parents.
- Communicate with parents after sessions and provide brief feedback on the child's participation and observations.
- Maintain attendance and basic session notes using a mobile application.
- Maintain a professional, caring, respectful, and child-friendly approach.
- Travel locally to assigned homes for scheduled sessions.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- ECCEd, B.Ed., Montessori training, or similar early-childhood education qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 6 months of experience working with children. Professional or personal experience as a parent/caregiver may be considered.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi or Marathi.




- Comfortable with local travel within Mumbai and surrounding areas.
- Must be willing to undergo police/background verification.
- Should be nurturing, patient, energetic, and comfortable interacting with young children.

Work Schedule
- Part-time / Freelance / Flexible working hours.
- Choose your availability based on weekdays, weekends, or both.
- Approximately 1–3 sessions per day, depending on location and availability.
- Suitable for candidates looking for flexible work opportunities.

Training Mandatory training will be provided, including:
- 1-week online training
- Live demonstration session
- Ongoing support to help you deliver sessions confidently
