Candidates who are comfortable explaining concepts in Tamil and communicating professionally in English will be preferred.

Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct online Medical Coding training classes for students.
- Teach students from basic to advanced levels of Medical Coding.
- Explain concepts in a straightforward, practical, and student-friendly manner.

- Train students on

- Medical Terminology
- Anatomy & Physiology
- ICD-10-CM

- CPT

- HCPCS

- HCC Coding

- Risk Adjustment Coding
- Coding Guidelines & Conventions
- Provide practical coding examples and real-world medical cases.
- Conduct regular coding practice sessions, tests, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and identify areas where students need improvement.
- Provide individual guidance and feedback to students.
- Clarify students' doubts during and after training sessions.
- Prepare students for Medical Coding certification examinations.
- Conduct mock interviews and interview preparation sessions.
- Help students improve their coding accuracy and analytical skills.
- Guide students regarding medical coding career opportunities and industry expectations.
- Maintain student attendance, performance, and training records.
- Coordinate with the institute's management team regarding batch schedules and student progress.




- Maintain a qualified and positive learning environment during online classes.
- Stay updated with changes in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCC, and other relevant coding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities as a Trainer The trainer will be expected to take complete ownership of the assigned student batches, including: Teaching Practice Assessment Feedback Doubt Clarification Interview Preparation Career Guidance The objective is not only to complete the syllabus but also to ensure that students understand the concepts and become job-ready Medical Coders.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Medical Coding
- Good understanding of ICD-10-CM
- Knowledge of HCC / Risk Adjustment Coding
- Knowledge of CPT & HCPCS
- Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Good understanding of Anatomy & Physiology
- Good knowledge of coding guidelines and conventions
- Strong teaching and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Tamil communication skills preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage students during online classes
- Good time-management and batch-management skills

Candidate Eligibility
- Medical Coding Certification is preferred/mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of Training experience.
- Candidates with previous Medical Coding Training / Teaching experience will be given preference.
- Candidates with strong practical knowledge of HCC Coding will be preferred.
- Candidates from Tamil Nadu are preferred.
- Candidates who can communicate effectively in Tamil and English are preferred.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.

- Any Graduate
- Medical Coding Certification preferred/mandatory
