Key Responsibilities • Read and review interview transcripts to identify and edit personal identifying information while preserving readability and value of the content for investors.

- Work within Company's qualitative data and diligence library environment, helping convert rich interviews into safe, high-quality, structured data assets that clients can use at scale.
- Use AI-assisted workflows to review, validate, and refine suggested edits for transcripts, balancing speed with sound judgment.
- Flag edge cases and collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high bar privacy and quality standards across transcripts and datasets.

Required Skills &

Competencies • Solid reading comprehension with the ability to quickly grasp business, management, and market context from interview transcripts.

- Excellent attention to detail and consistency across long-form content.
- Sound judgment around identifiability and privacy risk,



especially in the context of investor focused research.
- Comfort working with AI-enabled tools and internal platforms for tagging, editing, and processing qualitative data.
- Ability to work efficiently toward defined turnaround expectations while upholding Company's standards of rigor and integrity.

Preferred Experience Private and Confidential November 2025 | 2 • Experience in research, due diligence, compliance, legal operations, content moderation, or other detail-heavy work.

- Familiarity with investment, corporate, or market/industry research environments (e.g., working with interviews, qualitative insights, or alternative data).
- Prior exposure to workflows where unstructured text is converted into structured data for analysis or decision-making.
