Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping our Security Operations Center (SOC) solutions.

This role focuses on understanding market needs, gathering requirements, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of product roadmaps. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical understanding and strategic insight to create impactful SOC products that address the agile challenges of cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

 Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SOC products,

aligning with market trends and business goals.

 Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and wireframes to guide development teams.

 Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, including customers,

sales teams, and SOC operators, to address critical needs.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to deliver high-quality SOC solutions.





 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends and position products effectively.

 Develop and manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and oversee timely delivery of product releases.

 Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure SOC product success, including detection rates and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related fields

(B.Tech mandatory), MBA is desired for strategic and business-oriented expertise.

 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in cybersecurity or

SOC-related products.

 Utilize product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and agile methodologies for efficient development processes.

 Demonstrate leadership and stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment across teams and departments.

 Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, MITRE ATT&CK,

and ISO 27001.
