The ideal candidate will be an academic leader with a proven track record in school administration, curriculum implementation, and fostering an environment of holistic student development. As Principal, you will act as the chief educational and administrative officer, driving academic excellence, operational efficiency, and community engagement.

- Spearhead the effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum and innovative pedagogical practices.
- Monitor instructional quality, classroom delivery, and student assessment outcomes across all grades up to Class XII.
- Encourage experiential learning, critical thinking, and 21st-century skill development among students.
- Design and oversee professional development programs and training workshops for teaching staff.

2. Administrative & • Operational Management
- Direct day-to-day school operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and disciplined campus setting.
- Manage institutional resources efficiently, collaborating with the management on budgeting, facility maintenance, and infrastructure development.
- Ensure strict adherence to all CBSE Affiliation Bye-Laws, state education regulations, and statutory compliance standards.
- Oversee student admissions, attendance tracking, scheduling, and maintenance of academic records.

- Lead recruitment, evaluation, and retention of high-caliber teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Foster a collaborative, positive workplace culture that encourages innovation and accountability.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide constructive mentorship to educators.

- Serve as the primary liaison between the school management, parents, teachers, and regulatory bodies.
- Foster strong parent-school partnerships through regular communication, orientation sessions, and open-door policies.
- Represent the institution at educational forums, inter-school events, and community initiatives.

Eligibility & • Qualification Requirements (CBSE Norms)Candidates must meet at least one of the following standard CBSE eligibility criteria combinations for a Senior Secondary School Principal:

Option A (Standard Route)

- Master’s Degree or Honours Degree from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent teaching degree.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of total experience, including at least 3 years of educational administrative experience and 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized High/Higher Secondary School or Teacher Training Institute.

Option B (Engineering Route)
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a recognized College or Higher Secondary School.

Option C (Senior Postgraduates / Experienced Route)
- Master’s Degree (candidate must have attained a minimum age of 45 years).
- Experience: At least 15 years of teaching experience in a recognized Higher Secondary School and/or recognized college.

Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Prior leadership experience as a Principal, Vice-Principal, or Senior Coordinator in a reputed CBSE Senior Secondary school.
- Exceptional communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong digital literacy and familiarity with modern School Management ERP systems and EdTech tools.
- Strategic mindset with expertise in financial budgeting and resource allocation.
