Account Executive Location: Gurgaon, India

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 6 years in the healthcare industry

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing, tax compliance (TDS, GST), and account reconciliation. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Billing Management: Oversee the billing process for healthcare services, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Tax Compliance: Handle Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of accounts with clients, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports related to client accounts, billing, and reconciliations.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients,



addressing any inquiries or issues related to billing and accounts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and enhance client satisfaction.
- Tally Management: Utilize Tally software for accounting tasks, maintaining up-to-date financial records.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in account management or finance roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proficient in Tally and other accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
