Head Trainer – HR, Recruitment & HR Operations (Leadership Role)

About the Role

HARP is expanding beyond staffing to build an industry-ready HR training ecosystem. We are looking for a senior HR practitioner and trainer who can design and lead practical HR training programs and help candidates become job-ready for careers in Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll and Compliance.

This is a builder and leadership role , not just a conventional training position.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver structured HR training programs from beginner to advanced level.
- Train candidates on IT & Non-IT Recruitment , including technology hiring, sourcing, screening and candidate management.
- Provide hands-on training on Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, sourcing strategies and recruitment processes .
- Cover practical HR Operations, Payroll, Attendance, Leave Management and HRMS processes.
- Train candidates on PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, statutory compliance and Labour Law fundamentals .
- Conduct practical exercises, case studies, role plays, hiring simulations and payroll/compliance activities.
- Bring real-world recruitment and HR scenarios into the classroom.
- Prepare candidates for HR interviews, Recruiter roles and HR Operations positions.
- Mentor junior trainers/recruiters and help build internal training capability.
- Contribute to batch planning, curriculum development, training strategy and placement outcomes.




- Support the development of a scalable and revenue-generating HR training vertical.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 10–18+ years of practical experience in HR, Talent Acquisition and/or HR Operations .
- Strong exposure to both IT and Non-IT Recruitment .
- Hands-on knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Laws and statutory compliance .
- Experience managing or mentoring HR/recruitment teams.
- Previous experience in training, coaching, mentoring or capability building .
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Candidates from backgrounds such as HR Head, HR Manager, TA Head/Lead, HR Operations Head, Senior HR Consultant or HR Trainer are preferred.
- Solid preference for candidates who can teach from real corporate experience rather than theory alone .
