Travel Required: As required.

Position would be reporting to: Unit Head

Education Essential and Preferred: B.E. / B. Tech. from CIPET

Must have skills: Strong communication skills, System Audit knowledge, SAP.

Job Profile:

- Leading internal and external audit as per schedule
- Lead ISO/ENV/QMS/SEDEX/SMETA Audit as per schedule
- Having thorough knowledge of lab equipment
- Provide testing certification of raw materials/in-process products/Finished products and packing materials.
- Collect, compile, analyze the quality data for internal rejection, supplier's rejection and customer complaints and initiate CAPA.
- Knowledge of Six sigma, SPC, SQC and various quality tools.
- Monitor quality system including updating and providing updated standard specifications, guidelines/work instructions in department. Special focus on repeating NC areas




- To do product development & trials (for existing products), yield improvement and process optimization.
- Analyzing the quality deviation against std. specification & accordingly revising the standard specification and taking corrective action / preventive action (in coordination with the respective department heads)
- To set quality objectives and ensure its implementation. To quantify periodically, submit for management review
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and reduce complaints. Coordination in settlement of Customer Complaints within specified limit
- Compliance of current policies and activities given by management within specified limit.
- Develop and implement quality plan, inspection plan and sampling plan.
