Role Description The Head of Production Department is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production activities across CbS Technologies’ diverse product lines. The role includes planning and managing production schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations, and optimizing resource utilization to meet delivery timelines. This position involves leading and mentoring production teams, coordinating with R&D;, design, procurement, and sales departments, and driving continuous improvement in processes and productivity.





The Head of Production will monitor production budgets and costs, implement best practices for operations management, and report on key performance indicators to senior leadership. The role also requires addressing production issues proactively, ensuring compliance with certifications, and supporting scale-up for domestic and international orders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to manage schedules, workflow, and output effectively.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to optimize processes, resources, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and develop production staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to manage production costs, forecast resource needs, and support financial planning.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial production, preferably in filtration, waste engineering, or capital equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a quick-paced environment, with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Experience with ISO-certified production environments and familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
