Role Description The Head of Finance is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for leading all financial planning, management, and reporting activities for ONE ADC INDUSTRIAL PARK DEVELOPERS. This role oversees the preparation and analysis of financial statements, develops budgets and forecasts, and ensures accurate and timely financial reporting to leadership and stakeholders. The Head of Finance manages cash flow, monitors project and operational costs, supports funding and investment activities, and maintains strong internal controls and compliance with relevant laws and standards.

The role involves partnering with senior management on strategic decisions, evaluating financial risks and opportunities, optimizing resource allocation,



and guiding a finance team to deliver high-quality work. Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial performance, supervising accounting processes, coordinating audits and tax filings, and preparing explicit reports and presentations for management and investors.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong finance and financial reporting skills, with proven experience managing end-to-end finance functions.

- Candidates should possess expertise in financial statements and budgeting, including preparation, analysis, and monitoring against business objectives.

- Candidates should possess advanced analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

- Candidates should possess knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, and internal controls relevant to real estate or infrastructure projects.

- Relevant qualifications such as a Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent professional degree are preferred.

- Experience in industrial parks, real estate development, infrastructure, or related sectors is an advantage.

- Demonstrated leadership ability, team management experience, and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are beneficial.

- Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced spreadsheet skills is desirable.
