Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the Mechanical Department in designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems for industrial equipment and machinery.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to source high-quality components.
Job Requirements :
- 12-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of mechanical design principles, including mechanics of materials, kinematics, dynamics, thermodynamics, etc.
- Proven track record in leading teams or managing projects from concept to production.
