THE ROLE The Export Marketing Head will lead Alltex's global business development initiatives by driving the marketing and sales of yarns and fabrics across international markets, with a strong focus on cotton yarns. This role requires developing strategic customer relationships, expanding the global customer base, identifying new market opportunities, and delivering tailored textile solutions. Working closely with the procurement and sourcing teams, the Export Marketing Head will ensure seamless fulfilment of customer requirements while leveraging deep industry expertise, market intelligence, and commercial acumen to strengthen Alltex's global presence and achieve sustainable business growth.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN





● Lead and drive global marketing and business development for Alltex's yarn and fabric portfolio, with a strong focus on cotton yarns and value-added textile solutions.

● Develop and expand strategic relationships with international customers, distributors, brands, trading houses, and textile manufacturers across key global markets.

● Identify new market opportunities, formulate export growth strategies, and achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion targets.

● Collaborate closely with the Procurement and Sourcing teams to ensure timely product availability and fulfil customer requirements efficiently.

● Manage key customer accounts by understanding their technical and commercial needs and delivering customized textile solutions.

● Monitor global market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and customer demand to drive informed business decisions.

● Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, contract discussions, and long-term business partnerships.

●Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term account growth through exceptional relationship management.

● Represent Alltex at international exhibitions, trade fairs, customer meetings, and industry events to strengthen the company's global presence and brand reputation.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

● 10+ years of recent experience in export marketing and international sales within the yarn and textile industry, with a strong focus on cotton yarns.

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Man-Made Fibre Technology, or any related textile discipline.

● Proven expertise in marketing and selling cotton yarns, polyester yarns, blended yarns, fabrics, and other textile products across international markets.

● Robust network of international customers, textile manufacturers, buying houses, traders, distributors, and brands across key export markets.

●Demonstrated success in developing new international markets, acquiring strategic accounts, and consistently achieving export sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

● Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to build, nurture, and retain long-term partnerships with global clients.

● Strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation, pricing, contract management, and deal-closing capabilities.

●Flexible to travel internationally on a regular basis for customer meetings, business development, relationship management, trade fairs, exhibitions, and market expansion initiatives.

● Location: Surat, Gujarat (on-site)

● Reports to: Respective Manager

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year
