Head – Global Incentives & Rewards

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat On site only.

Mavrix is looking for a agile leader to build, scale, and optimize our Global Incentives & Rewards function across 80+ countries. This role is responsible for managing respondent incentive programs, employee rewards, global payment operations, client incentive requirements, vendor partnerships, budgeting, compliance, and process automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute global incentives & rewards strategy.
- Handling global client incentive & rewards requirements across multiple countries.
- Manage end-to-end respondent incentive and payment operations across 80+ countries.
- Handle incentive & rewards requirements for global clients.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and cost optimization.
- Build fraud prevention, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Manage global payment, gift card, and wallet partners.
- Drive automation, reporting dashboards, and operational excellence.
- Lead Employee Rewards & Recognition initiatives.
- Manage festival gifting, branded merchandise,



and appreciation programs.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, Procurement, Technology, Sales, Client Services, and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in Incentives, Rewards, Payments, Operations, Finance, or Program Management.
- Experience managing global incentive or payment operations.
- Strong budgeting and financial planning skills.
- Vendor management and commercial negotiation experience.
- Knowledge of compliance, fraud prevention, and operational governance.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with multinational teams.
