Head – Back Office Operations (Stock Broking / Discount Broking)

We are looking for an experienced and process-driven qualified from the Stock Broking Industry who can independently lead Back Office Operations with strong operational control, accuracy & ownership.

What You’ll Do

- Lead end-to-end Back Office Operations for the broking business
- Handle daily operational activities with strong accuracy & compliance
- Work extensively on TechExcel software and operational workflows
- Manage trade processing, settlements, client reporting & reconciliations
- Coordinate with exchanges, depositories & internal stakeholders
- Oversee account opening, KYC verification & operational documentation
- Handle DP-related operational activities and client servicing
- Ensure smooth execution of operational processes within timelines
- Build strong controls, SOPs & operational efficiency frameworks
- Support audits,



compliance requirements & regulatory processes

We Want Someone Who

- Comes specifically from Stock Broking / Discount Broking industry
- Has strong hands-on experience in Back Office Operations
- Has practical working knowledge of TechExcel software
- Understands KYC, onboarding & DP operational processes
- Is highly process-oriented, detail-focused & operationally strong
- Can handle pressure, volumes & operational escalations effectively
- Has strong coordination & team management abilities

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Discount Broking operations is mandatory
- Exposure to Exchange & Depository operational workflows
- Understanding of compliance & regulatory operational requirements
- Ability to independently manage operational functions
