Role Description This full time, on-site Hardware Engineer role is based in the Pune Division.

The Hardware

Engineer will design and develop electronic hardware solutions for EV and power electronics applications, including detailed circuit design, component selection, and schematic creation. Daily responsibilities include prototyping and testing hardware, performing validation and reliability checks, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing designs for performance, safety, and manufacturability. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams such as firmware, mechanical, and product engineering to ensure seamless integration of hardware into complete systems.

The Hardware

Engineer will also contribute to documentation,



compliance with relevant standards, and continuous improvement of hardware development processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Hardware Development and Hardware engineering for embedded and power electronics systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Circuit Design skills, including schematic design, component selection, and analysis.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Electronics Hardware Design, focusing on EV, power electronics, and related applications.
- Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Computer Hardware and its integration with electronic systems.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence, or similar) and hardware testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers).
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations for power electronics and automotive/EV systems.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation, create clear engineering reports, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and quality.
