- Perform application installation and upgrades in Linux environments.
- Develop and maintain Shell scripts for operational and automation requirements.
- Perform Vista Plus Administration.
- Manage and maintain file systems.
- Handle Incident, Change, and Problem Management in accordance with ITIL processes.




- Apply basic Oracle/Database concepts for application and production support.
- Perform production support activities and health check monitoring.
- Maintain documentation and ensure operational governance.
- Support end-to-end application migration activities.
- Implement automation and scripting wherever applicable.
- Provide audit and compliance support.
- Support enterprise reporting and document archival platforms.
- Provide 24x7 support coverage as required.
