The successful candidate will be responsible not only for supervising the property, but also for directly handling front desk operations, reservations, guest communication, PMS updates, OTA management, housekeeping coordination, staff supervision, maintenance coordination, inventory, revenue and daily reporting.

This is not a role limited to sitting at a reception desk or supervising other employees.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable personally stepping into operational functions whenever required, particularly during periods of high occupancy, staff shortages, absenteeism, emergencies or other operational constraints.

The successful candidate should have an owner's mindset: take responsibility, identify problems, solve them quickly and ensure that the property continues to operate smoothly even when resources are limited.

Core Responsibilities

The Manager will be directly responsible for front-office operations, including:
- Managing the front desk/reception.
- Personally handling guest check-ins and check-outs.

- Coordinating early check-ins and late check-outs.
- Handling guest payments and providing receipts where applicable.

- Confirming reservations.
- Handling cancellations and modifications.

- Maintaining accurate reservation records.

The Manager must ensure that every confirmed booking is correctly reflected in the property's PMS and relevant OTA systems.

This is an important condition of the position.

The property operates in a hospitality environment where guest requirements, occupancy levels, staff availability and operational circumstances can change rapidly.

Accordingly, the Manager is expected to perform the full range of reasonable operational duties necessary for the effective functioning of the property, whether or not each individual task is expressly listed in this .

Where additional staff are unavailable, the Manager may be required to personally perform reasonable operational duties that would ordinarily be performed by other property staff, to the extent reasonably necessary to maintain uninterrupted guest service and property operations.

This flexibility is an essential characteristic of the position, particularly during periods of short staffing, peak occupancy, emergencies or unexpected operational requirements.
