Role

We are looking for a sharp, agile, and execution-focused Growth Marketing & Branding Associate to join our marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, brand building, and AI-driven marketing innovation.

You will work closely with the CMO to drive growth initiatives, execute campaigns quickly, and strengthen brand presence across channels.

What Youll Do

- Run and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email)
- Drive lead generation and funnel performance
- Support brand messaging, content, and consistency
- Use AI tools for content, targeting, and campaign optimization
- Test, learn, and iterate quickly

What Were Looking For/ Must Have

- Hands-on with marketing tools and performance campaigns
- Working knowledge of AI in marketing (tools or courses)
- Fast, agile, and execution-focused
- Robust analytical and communication skills
- Good understanding of technology or an interest to actively learn

Nice to Have

- B2B or tech experience
- MBA
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Meta/Google Ads
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
