About Role:

We are looking for a Growth & Strategy Intern who is excited by fast-paced environments, ambiguous problems, and the opportunity to work directly on high-impact business initiatives. You will work closely with the founding team and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, analyse business performance, and execute initiatives that directly impact Snabbit’s growth. This is a hands-on role where you will go beyond analysis—you will be expected to identify problems, develop solutions, execute them, and measure outcomes end-to-end

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse customer, business, and operational data to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks
- Work on initiatives across customer acquisition, retention, engagement, referrals, and conversion
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the home services ecosystem
- Develop and track growth experiments,



measure their impact, and iterate based on results
- Build dashboards, reports, and analyses to monitor key business and growth metrics
- Work closely with Growth, Supply, Product, and Operations teams to execute strategic initiatives
- Deep-dive into customer behaviour and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer journey
- Support the team in developing and evaluating new business initiatives and go-to-market strategies
- Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations for the business
- Take ownership of projects from problem identification to execution and impact measurement

What We’re Looking For:

- Students pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Strong understanding of numbers, metrics, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to break down complex and ambiguous problems into structured approaches
- High ownership and a bias toward action
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving setting
- Curiosity to understand why something is happening, not just what is happening
- Prior experience in start-ups, consulting, product, growth, or strategy is a plus.
