Role Description The Group Class Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role involves planning and delivering engaging group training sessions, workshops, or fitness classes aligned with Nordinn’s standards and client needs. The Trainer leads groups through structured programs, demonstrates techniques or activities, ensures participant safety, and adjusts sessions for different skill levels.

Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, organizing materials or equipment, tracking attendance and progress, and providing explicit feedback and motivation to participants. The Trainer collaborates with colleagues and client representatives to refine programs, supports continuous improvement,



and maintains a professional and inclusive environment in all sessions.

Qualifications

- Ability to design and deliver structured group sessions, with strong skills in planning, organizing, and facilitating training or classes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear instruction, active listening, and the ability to motivate and engage diverse groups.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity, respect for diverse backgrounds, and the ability to create a welcoming, non-discriminatory environment.
- Strong observation and assessment skills to monitor participant performance, provide constructive feedback, and adapt sessions to varying abilities.
- Attention to safety and well-being, including adherence to organizational protocols and best practices for group activities.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, manage time effectively, and collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Relevant certification or training in group instruction, fitness, corporate training, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience conducting group classes, workshops, or training programs is an advantage.
