We’re Hiring: GRC Team Lead – Information Security & Data Privacy

Location: Kizhakkambalam, Ernakulam, Kerala

We are looking for a hands-on GRC leader to lead ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and DPDPA 2023 programmes, drive audit readiness, manage information security risks, and lead privacy and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead ISO/IEC 27001:2022 ISMS implementation and governance
- Conduct gap assessments, internal audits and certification-readiness activities
- Manage Annex A controls mapping and Statement of Applicability (SoA)
- Own risk assessments, risk treatment plans and risk registers
- Drive NCR/CAPA closure and external audit coordination
- Lead DPDPA 2023 implementation, DPIAs and RoPA
- Support GDPR, SOC 2 and PCI DSS compliance initiatives
- Develop and govern security & privacy policies and procedures
- Lead, mentor and manage the GRC team
- Engage with clients, auditors, senior stakeholders and certification bodies
- Prepare executive-level security, risk and compliance reports

SOC 2 | PCI DSS v4.0 | GDPR | QSA Coordination | CISM | CISSP | CRISC | CISA | IAPP CIPM/CIPP | Third-Party Risk Management

Preferred Certifications: ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Implementer, Lead Auditor and relevant DPDPA/Data Privacy certifications from PECB, BSI or equivalent accredited bodies.
