Expertise : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDraw, Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro for creating appealing motion graphics; Experience in creating graphics for all digital platforms; Knowledge of design principles, colour theory, and typography; Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Objectives of this role :

● Create branding materials to send a strong message using content visualization

● Help to support branding and communication teams within tight timelines

● Brainstorm and build storyboards to be presented to the executive leadership team

● Communication and negotiation skills for discussing with vendors

Responsibilities

● Strong ability to translate company requirements into design with the goal to inspire and attract the target audience, domestic and global

● Support the Branding and Communication team in creating various artworks in alignment with the company’s brand guidelines

● Excellent analytical, visualization, and storytelling skills – analytical and visualization skills are a must to create artwork by extending the ideas and vision of company leaders and branding team

● Develop rich presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, pre-and post-workshop assignments, internal and external training materials, social media artworks, and other allotted assessments

● Possess solid technical skills in Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, In-design, Word, and Excel

● Well-versed with dimensions, sizes,



and technical aspects for designing artwork, posters, and communication materials

● Excellent visual skills, including demonstrable design knowledge, such as layout, typography, color, interaction design

● Relevant experience of professional PowerPoint presentation design and creation (PowerPoint certification is not required, but would be added advantage)

● Experience in creating graphic content for marketing collaterals Good to have

● Able to edit video templates in After Effects & Premiere Pro

● Able to create videos from scratch with help of Adobe Software like Photoshop, After Effects, and Premier

Pro Skills required

● Outstanding creative flair, attention to detail and takes pride in shaping brand messaging through company websites, other digital platforms, social media, magazines, branding conceptualization of products, exhibitions and more

● Prior experience in making print media artwork like magazine ads, newspaper ads, designing, setting up editorial content in a presentable format, etc.

● Should possess knowledge of supporting websites for sourcing licensed videos, stock images, vector files, and music

● Ability to coordinate and work with cross-functional teams for creating internal communication materials

● Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with external stakeholders like Print media managers, printing vendors, third-party agencies, etc.

● Hands-on experience in creating on-the-go designs in Photoshop or Coral Draw for time sensitive/ad-hoc deliverables
