Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative technologist who doesn’t just design visuals but engineers attention. This role blends graphic design, video editing, and AI-powered content creation to build high-impact digital assets for marketing, branding, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Create high-quality creatives for:
- Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails)
- Ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Website banners, landing pages, brochures
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets
- Conceptualize campaign creatives with strong storytelling

Video Editing

- Edit high-conversion videos for:
- Ads & promotional campaigns
- YouTube & reels
- Corporate and product videos
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound design
- Optimize videos for different platforms (short-form & long-form)
- AI Video & Content Creation
- Create AI-generated videos using tools like:
- Runway ML, Pika, Synthesia, Sora (or similar)
- Use AI tools for:
- Script-to-video generation
- Voiceovers
- Visual enhancements & automation
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools and implement them for faster content production

Creative Strategy & Execution

- Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to develop campaign ideas




- Translate business goals into compelling visual content
- Deliver content that improves engagement, reach, and conversions

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Premiere Pro / After Effects
- Hands-on experience in video editing & motion graphics
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools
- Understanding of digital marketing creatives & trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

- Experience in YouTube content optimization
- Knowledge of UI/UX basics
- Basic scripting or storytelling ability
- Experience working with educational / tech brands is an advantage

Experience

- 1–4 years (Freshers with exceptional portfolio can apply)
