Full-Time The Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our corporate team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and supports our marketing, internal communication, and business objectives. This position requires a strong understanding of corporate branding, visual storytelling, and a collaborative approach to design.

Key Responsibilities

· Design social media creatives, carousels, and campaign assets.

· Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

· Create motion graphics and animated explainers.

· Design emailers, newsletters, and client communication material.

· Support sales and research teams with presentations and marketing collateral.

· Create event branding assets such as standees, backdrops, invitations, and digital screens.

· Maintain visual consistency across PESB's digital presence.

· Leverage AI tools to improve speed, quality, and productivity.

· Must-Have Skills :

· Strong design skills (preferred design tool).

· Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent).

· Understanding of layout, typography,



hierarchy, and visual storytelling.

· Experience creating content for social media platforms.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs, etc.

· Preferred Skills :

· Motion graphics experience (After Effects or equivalent).

· Basic understanding of finance, investing, or business content.

· Experience creating YouTube thumbnails and motion graphic explainers.

· Experience working in a content, media, or marketing environment.

· Required Experience & Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

· Min 1 Year of Experience.

· Preferred candidates from Marketing Agencies, Fintech Companies & BFSI.
