About The Role This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor at Wander Hearts. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing compelling digital assets for various platforms including web, social media, and marketing campaigns.

This includes creating graphics, logos, branded visuals, and promotional materials that align with the company's identity and storytelling objectives. Daily responsibilities involve designing static and carousel social media posts, creating engaging Instagram Stories, and developing advertisements for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google. Additionally, the role requires editing video content such as trailers, event highlights, social clips, and promotional videos, incorporating motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound effects, and music to enhance viewer engagement.

You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine creative concepts, ensure brand consistency, and produce visually appealing content that supports user acquisition and community engagement. The role offers flexibility to work from home, provided deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.





Qualifications Ideal candidates should possess at least 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both areas. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects is essential.

Experience with Figma and Canva (optional) is preferred. Candidates should have a keen eye for typography, color theory, and visual storytelling, with a solid understanding of social media content requirements across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to take constructive feedback are critical for success in this role.

A good understanding of branding and visual identity principles is also necessary to maintain consistency across all digital assets.

Responsibilities Graphic Design

- Design static social media posts that engage and inspire audiences
- Create carousel posts for multi-image storytelling
- Develop engaging Instagram Stories to promote experiences and events
- Design advertisements for Meta, TikTok, and Google to support marketing campaigns
- Create website graphics and landing page assets to enhance user experience
- Design banners and promotional materials for various campaigns
- Develop icons, illustrations, and UI marketing assets as needed
- Ensure all designs adhere to Wander Hearts’ brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency

Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts to maximize reach and engagement
- Create promotional videos for upcoming experiences and brand campaigns
- Produce product demo videos to showcase platform features




- Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound effects, and background music to enhance video appeal
- Optimize videos for performance across social media channels

Brand Responsibilities

- Ensure all content aligns with Wander Hearts' premium brand identity and messaging
- Stay updated on creative trends and bring innovative ideas to the table regularly
- Collaborate closely with marketing and founder teams to develop cohesive visual strategies
- Maintain organized design files and manage project assets efficiently
