Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and proven experience creating high-quality marketing creatives, social media content, email campaigns, presentations, and digital assets .

You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to translate ideas, campaigns, and business objectives into compelling visual experiences that strengthen the Autocash.ai brand.

What will you do?

- Create engaging and high-quality marketing creatives for LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, websites, and other digital channels.
- Develop visual concepts and creative assets aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Design presentations, pitch decks, brochures, one-pagers, case studies, infographics, and other marketing collateral .
- Create email creatives, campaign assets, banners, and other digital marketing materials.




- Develop short-form videos, motion graphics, and basic 2D animations for marketing campaigns and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual designs.
- Maintain consistency across brand assets, typography, color, layouts, and visual identity.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final execution.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, creative formats, and AI-powered design tools.
- Work with junior designers or interns when required and provide creative guidance and feedback.

What skills do you need?

- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a B2B SaaS, technology, fintech, startup, or marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing-focused design work across multiple formats.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling .
- Strong proficiency in tools such as:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Figma
- Canva
- Experience creating social media creatives, campaign assets, email designs, presentations, and digital marketing collateral .
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing,



or 2D animation is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative and design tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work within timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand business and marketing objectives and convert them into effective visual communication.
