Agarwal & Gehlot Realtors OPC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our team in Sector 18, Noida.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content for digital marketing, social media, branding, advertising, and corporate communication. The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to translate concepts and business requirements into effective visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

Create professional and engaging designs for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and other online channels.

Design brochures, flyers, banners, posters, advertisements, presentations, hoardings, and other marketing collateral.

Develop creative content for real estate projects, property promotions, corporate branding, and promotional campaigns.

Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, color schemes, layouts, and overall visual communication.

Edit, retouch, and enhance photographs and other visual assets as required.

Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and administration teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.

Prepare artwork and files according to specifications for both digital and print production.





Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Keep up to date with current graphic design, branding, digital marketing, and social media trends.

Take ownership of design projects from concept development through final execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of qualified experience as a Graphic Designer.

Robust proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or equivalent design software.

Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Experience in creating designs for social media and digital marketing platforms.

Good understanding of print and digital design requirements.

Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.

Excellent attention to detail and visual accuracy.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments efficiently.

Good communication and coordination skills.

A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience is required.

Preferred Experience

Experience in the real estate, property, construction, or marketing industry will be an advantage.

Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or basic animation will be an added advantage.

Experience creating high-conversion social media and property marketing creatives is preferred.
