This role exists to support the creative team in designing impactful visual content across digital and print platforms while ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.

What you will be responsible for

1.Create Marketing & Brand Creatives

- Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, flyers,



presentations, and marketing collateral
- Create visual assets for campaigns, promotions, and brand communication
- Translate briefs and ideas into compelling visual designs
- Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and communication objectives

2.Design for Digital & Print Platforms

- Create assets for social media, websites, advertisements, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives
- Design print-ready creatives for brochures, standees, posters, and promotional materials
- Adapt and resize creatives across multiple formats, dimensions, and platforms
- Ensure designs meet both digital and print production requirements

3.Support Campaign Execution

- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and creative teams
- Support ongoing campaigns with timely creative deliverables
- Participate in brainstorming and creative ideation discussions
- Assist in developing visual concepts for marketing initiatives

4. Leverage AI-Powered Creative Tools

- Use AI tools for ideation, image generation, editing, and creative enhancement
- Explore modern creative workflows that improve productivity and quality
- Stay updated on emerging design technologies and trends
- Apply AI responsibly while maintaining brand and creative standards

5.Maintain Creative Quality & Consistency

- Ensure strong typography, layout, color usage, and visual hierarchy
- Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
- Organize and manage design files and creative assets
- Maintain high standards across all creative deliverables

What success looks like after 6–12 months

- Consistently delivers high-quality creatives aligned with brand standards
- Supports marketing and social media campaigns with impactful visual content
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator




- Effectively uses AI tools to improve creative output and efficiency
- Produces designs that improve engagement and strengthen brand communication
- Becomes a trusted contributor to the creative and marketing team

Experience we value

- Internship, freelance, academic, or personal project experience in graphic design
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
- Exposure to AI-powered design and creative automation tools
- Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual composition
- Basic understanding of digital and print design requirements
- Portfolio showcasing design work is mandatory
