About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Government Tender & Bidding Specialist to join our growth team. In this role, you will own our public procurement pipeline. You will be responsible for scanning, preparing, and submitting winning bids across GeM, CPPP, and various State e-Procurement portals.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

- Portal Operations: Manage daily tracking, profile compliance, and Class 3 DSC management across GeM, CPPP, and State e-procurement portals.
- Bid Preparation: Compile end-to-end technical and commercial bid packets, including point-by-point compliance sheets, MAFs, and statutory documents.
- Financial Accuracy: Validate and fill financial quotes accurately within complex Excel BOQ layouts without macro or tax computation errors.
- Query & Order Management: Monitor dashboards for post-bid clarifications, track technical openings, and coordinate with finance for EMD/ePBG processing.
- Cataloging (GeM):



Upload products/services using precise system attributes (Golden Parameters) and keep pricing dynamically benchmarked.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience handling public procurement portals (GeM experience is mandatory).
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of RFP structures, Tender Summary Sheets, BOQ parameters, and Make in India (MII)/MSME clauses.
- Tools: High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PDF editing tools, and managing cryptographic DSC tokens.
- Traits: Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills to hit hard deadlines, and zero tolerance for documentation errors.
