Role Description The Global Process Specialist – Record to Report (RTR) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role focuses on standardizing, improving, and governing global RTR processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across operating companies.

Day-to-day activities include analyzing RTR process performance, identifying improvement opportunities, documenting best practices, and supporting implementation of global process designs and policies. The specialist collaborates with finance, shared services, and technology teams to resolve process issues, support system changes,



and drive end-to-end process efficiency and compliance. The role also involves preparing process documentation, providing training and guidance to RTR teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and global projects.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, assess process performance, and identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Experience in Business Process Improvement, including standardization, documentation, and implementation of best practices within Record to Report or similar finance processes.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders, support internal customers, and manage expectations.
- Capability in Training and knowledge sharing, including designing and delivering process-related training and supporting change management activities.
- Relevant experience in RTR, general accounting, or financial reporting within a multinational or shared services environment.
- Proficiency with ERP and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and strong MS Excel skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional, international teams and to manage multiple priorities in a energetic environment.
