Role Description The Generalist role at Baareeki is a full-time position based in Gurgaon with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting multiple business functions such as operations, merchandising, customer service, and basic marketing activities, depending on current priorities.

The Generalist will help coordinate inventory and order fulfillment, assist with product listings and descriptions, and communicate with customers to resolve queries in a timely, professional manner. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes, maintain accurate records, and support special projects related to brand growth and seasonal collections.
