About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Group Head – Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead the end-to-end Supply Chain, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Development, Contracts, Logistics, Inventory, and Materials Management functions across the Group.

Strategic Vendor Development The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, commercial acumen, procurement expertise, and experience in driving supply chain transformation across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Supply Chain Leadership

Develop and implement Group SCM strategy aligned with business objectives.

Lead procurement and supply chain operations across R-ONE and Euroteck.

Establish SCM policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and best practices.

Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and process excellence initiatives.

Develop long-term sourcing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Procurement & Strategic Sourcing

Lead procurement planning for all Group projects and manufacturing operations.





Develop strategic sourcing plans for civil, MEP, equipment, and manufacturing materials.

Identify cost optimization and value engineering opportunities.

Standardize procurement processes across business units.

Ensure procurement compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Vendor Development & Supplier Management

Develop and strengthen the Group vendor ecosystem.

Identify, evaluate, onboard, and audit new suppliers.

Build strategic partnerships with key vendors.

Conduct supplier performance evaluations and vendor rating programs.

Develop alternate vendor strategies to mitigate supply risks.

Contract & Commercial Management

Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.

Review and finalize procurement contracts, rate agreements, and framework contracts.

Ensure commercial competitiveness and contractual compliance.

Resolve supplier disputes and contractual issues.

Optimize freight and logistics costs.

Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites and manufacturing facilities.

Project Coordination

Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Manufacturing, Finance, Contracts, Sales, and Site Teams.

Ensure seamless procurement support for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Monitor procurement schedules against project timelines.

Leadership & Team Management

Lead Procurement, SCM, Stores, and Logistics teams across the Group.

Build high-performing SCM teams.

Define KPIs and performance metrics.

Mentor and develop future SCM leaders.
