Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a GenAI Specialist at PPStack. The GenAI Specialist will design, develop, and optimize AI and GenAI-driven learning experiences, content, and tools for PPStack’s platforms, bootcamps, and corporate programs.

Daily tasks include building and refining prompts and workflows, evaluating and fine-tuning AI models, integrating GenAI capabilities into learning products, and collaborating with educators, content creators, and engineers to align solutions with pedagogical and business goals. The role also involves experimenting with new GenAI features, documenting best practices, analyzing performance data, and ensuring responsible, ethical use of AI.



The GenAI Specialist will contribute to curriculum design, support research and innovation in learning technologies, and help scale AI-powered solutions across PPStack’s global ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in AI and GenAI, including experience with large language models, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and basic ML concepts.
- Technical skills in Python or similar languages, familiarity with APIs and automation workflows, and comfort working with cloud-based tools and data-driven solutions.
- Experience in EdTech, instructional design, or learning product development, with the ability to translate educational objectives into AI-powered experiences.
- Background in content creation for AI-driven platforms, including designing prompts, learning scenarios, and digital content tailored for different audiences.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams (education, product, engineering, marketing).
- Understanding of ethical, transparent, and inclusive AI practices, with attention to data privacy and bias mitigation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Education Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with career coaching, training, or corporate learning solutions is a plus; prior work in digital branding, career development, or consulting is beneficial.
