Purpose of Job: To operate the Sawing machine.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Controlling the machine and process parameters.
- To follow the work instruction of the machine operation and process parameters.
- Checking block strengthen and ensure proper loading & cutting cycle, follow upon input material.
- Ensure the proper and safe working of the machines 7 equipment’s
- Providing the feedback of the production to the shift engineer / supervisor and maintain good operating practice.
- To maintain production quality and quantity as decided by the seniors.
- Controls the breakage of materials by secure handling.
- Follow all the safety procedures while working as described by the senior.
Qualifications & Experience Required: ITI with minimum 4- 5 Years work Experience of Gang saw machine operating.
