Role Description The Fundraising Intern will support the Foundation’s resource mobilization efforts by assisting in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and donor outreach activities. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential donors, maintaining donor databases, drafting emails and presentations, and contributing to proposals and concept notes.

The intern will help organize online and offline fundraising events, support social media and communication efforts related to campaigns,



and coordinate with internal teams to gather impact data and success stories. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, preparing basic reports, and engaging with volunteers and partners to strengthen the Foundation’s fundraising network.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear emails, proposals, and presentations.
- Candidates should possess basic research and analytical skills to identify potential donors, funding opportunities, and relevant partnerships.
- Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills for managing events, maintaining records, and supporting multiple fundraising activities.
- Candidates should possess digital literacy, including familiarity with office productivity tools, social media platforms, and online communication tools.
- Candidates should possess interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
- Interest in the non-profit sector, education, and community development; prior volunteer or internship experience in social impact organizations is an advantage.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree in any discipline, such as Social Sciences, Management, Communications, or related fields, is preferred.
- Ability to work from the Delhi office on designated days and manage responsibilities independently when working from home.
