Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Development Trainer with 8+ years of industry experience building and shipping production web applications across the front end, back end, and database layers. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript tooling, RESTful API design, cloud deployment, and hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into full stack applications. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on training sessions, mentoring learners, developing industry-relevant curriculum, and preparing students for successful careers as Full Stack Developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led online training sessions on Full Stack Development.
- Teach both foundational and advanced concepts through practical, project-based learning.
- Conduct hands-on labs, assignments, capstone projects, and real-world case studies.
- Guide learners through building, testing, containerizing, and deploying full stack web applications.
- Demonstrate integration of AI/LLM APIs and AI-assisted development workflows into real applications.
- Develop and continuously update course content to align with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Mentor learners throughout the program and provide personalized guidance.




- Evaluate assignments, projects, and assessments, offering constructive feedback.
- Prepare learners for technical interviews, resume building, portfolio development, and placement opportunities.
- Collaborate with curriculum and placement teams to enhance learner outcomes.
- Stay updated with advancements in front-end frameworks, back-end architecture, and AI-integrated engineering practices.

Required Skills

8+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Solid expertise in:

- Frontend Development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, TypeScript)
- Backend Development (Node.js, Express.js, RESTful & GraphQL API design)
- Database Design & Management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ORMs such as Prisma or Sequelize)
- Authentication & Authorization (JWT, session-based auth, role-based access control)
- Testing & Code Quality (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or Playwright, ESLint)
- Containerization & CI/CD (Docker, GitHub Actions)
- Cloud Deployment Fundamentals (AWS, or Azure/GCP)
- System Design & Application Security Basics (OWASP Top 10, scalability, caching)
- Practical exposure to integrating AI/LLM APIs and AI-assisted coding workflows into full stack applications.
- Experience working with real-world, production-grade full stack applications.
- Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Selection Process
