Our client's Learning Platforms team is seeking a skilled Fullstack Software Engineer. As part of a globally distributed team, you will work on a diverse set of training platforms including Learning Subscription, Academy Learning Platform, Skills Assessment, and Survey tools. You will work across the full stack, leveraging technologies like Python, Django REST API, GraphQL, ReactJS, Typescript, Elasticsearch, OpenShift, ArgoCD, and Tekton.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive features from concept to completion: participate in design discussions, implement solutions, test thoroughly, and support deployment to production.
- Build and maintain full-stack applications across our training platform ecosystem.
- Turning wireframes and mock-ups into reusable code and building high-quality UI components with scalability in mind.
- Develop and integrate with backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver creative features.
- Enhance code quality through testing, code reviews,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs across the application stack.

Tech Stack:

- Frontend: ReactJS, Typescript, PatternFly
- Backend: Python, Django REST API
- Infrastructure: OpenShift, Docker, Podman, ArgoCD, Tekton, Elasticsearch

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in designing and implementing web applications.
- Experience in application development with Python and ReactJS.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS) and TypeScript.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Linux container technologies (Docker or Podman) and Linux systems administration.
- Understanding of version control (GitHub/GitLab), Agile practices, and kanban-based workflows.

Nice to Have:

- Knowledge of end-to-end testing frameworks such as Selenium.
- OpenShift administration and GitOps workflows.
- Familiarity with GraphQL.
